Process flow of Redemption of Movie Voucher:

1. After receiving the movie ticket voucher, a customer has to log on to www.cinerewardz.com to register the voucher
2. A Customer needs to click On "Registration Tab" and enter his voucher no., name, telephone no., mobile no. and email.& click submit. (Registration period will be valid for 45 days from the date of voucher)
3. Once he clicks on submit , customer will get an Email & SMS with "Authentication No" within 24 hours (this Authentication no. will be used for booking the tickets)
4. After receiving the Authentication code, customer needs to visit http://www.shopclues-engage.promoredemption.com/ (section for booking the movie tickets)
5. At the booking page, customer is supposed to enter
   1. Authentication No. (which was sent on his email id and as an SMS on his mobile).
   2. Region/City
   3. Select multiplex and date of his choice
   4. After selecting multiplex and date, customer have to "type in Movie Name" (he can check the Movie Name and Show Timings by referring to some popular movie website )
6. Within 24-60 hours(excluding Sundays), of filling this form, customer will get an email confirming the booking of his tickets. After confirmation, he will receive e-tickets on his email Id & via SMS.
7. He will have to show the print out & SMS at the ticket window to avail physical tickets.
