• This "Festive season", Yatra contest ("Contest") and the benefits/ prizes hereunder are provided to you by Yatra.com ("Yatra / Brand"). Please read these Contest terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.


• These T&Cs are in addition to the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy of ShopClues to which you agree by using the www.shopclues.com ("website") or its corresponding mobile application or mobile site thereof (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Shopclues.com"). To the extent the Shopclues.com Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. Further these T&Cs are in addition to User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the Brand to which you agree by entering into this Contest.


• For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "you" or "your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant and a registered user of Shopclues in the Contest.

A. ELIGIBILITY

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

• You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;  
• You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Shopclues.com;  
• You have a billing address within the territory of India;  
• You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest; and 
• You must have a valid Indian passport.

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the
Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

ShopClues's (defined hereinafter) employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

B. DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER

• This Contest will commence from 0:00 p.m. (IST) on 29th September, 2017 till 11:59 p.m. (IST) on 10th October, 2017, both days inclusive ("Contest Period").
• In order to be eligible for the Contest, you should be registered with ShopClues and, during the Contest Period, you must purchase any product(s) listed on Shopclues.com by third party sellers (such product hereinafter referred to as, "Product(s)"), provided that: (a) such Products are purchased in a single order; or (b) your order for such Product(s) should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller; or (c) the purchased Product(s) should not be returned or refunded by you.
• The winners will be decided basis the highest number of Orders (One Order may contain multiple products/items) placed per user on ShopClues (app or website) between 29th September 2017 to 10th October 2017.
• "Order value" is the sum of purchase price for all the (products/items) (bought/purchased) during the offer period by a single customer during the contest period.
• Customers with the highest number of orders placed having a combined overall value of INR 5,000 on Shopclues during the above mentioned contest period are eligible for wining a trip for 2 to Thailand for 3 days & 2 nights.
• Remaining 4 Customers with the highest number of orders placed having a combined overall value of INR 2,000 on Shopclues during the above mentioned contest period are eligible for wining a trip for 2 to Goa for 3 days & 2 nights.
• Only a single e-mail ID will be considered for a single customer.
• Orders placed by single customer through multiple e-mail IDs will not be considered as a valid entry.
• Order value will be sum of the purchase price for all the items in all the orders placed by a single customer during the prescribed dates.
• Items returned in an order will not be included in the overall evaluation of the order value for a user.
• Once the winner has been selected, he/ she will be sent the contact details of the Yatra team that may be used to claim the Prize from Yatra. In order to claim the Prize, the winner will be required to share certain information/documents with Yatra, as required by them, for verifying/cross-verifying his/her and companion's details. In the event the winner fails to claim the Prize or have their documents successfully verified within the stipulated time line, another winner may be chosen in accordance with the process set forth in these T&Cs at the sole discretion of Yatra.

C. MAILING LIST:

• By participating in the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for ShopClues (App & Web).

D. OTHER CONTESTS:

• Please note that ShopClues may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. If you are declared a winner under this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive a prize/ benefit under any other similar contest or promotion running on ShopClues.com during the Contest Period.

E. PRIZES

• There is a total of 5 (Five) Prizes that will be distributed under this Contest, i.e., 1 Prize to each winner of the Contest. Subject to these T&Cs, the winner(s) need to get in touch with the Yatra team on or before 25th November, 2017. Each Prize will include:
• a) The flights for Thailand (Return ticket) will be only from these locations. (Delhi/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Kochin/ Kolkata). or
• b) The flights for Goa (Return ticket) will be only from these locations. (Delhi/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad/ Chennai).
• c) 2 night accommodation on twin share basis in a 3* hotel or Similar for both Thailand & Goa
• The above includes expenses for a winner and one other companion of such winner.
• For avoidance of doubt, the Prize will not include the following:
  a) Visa and all expenses of personal nature such as telephone, laundry, room service, mini bar, etc. b) Immunizations, visa fee and travel insurance;  c) Any additional inclusion over and above those mentioned herewith; and  d) Travel from city of residence to departure hub and back to city of residence. 
• The above list is not exhaustive and may be subject to additional exclusions at Yatra’s discretion.
• Detailed information about itinerary will be provided by Yatra after receiving valid information from the winner and his/her companion.
• In case of any additional person or inclusion required to be added over and above the winner and his/her companion, the winners shall need to bear the costs, of all nature, including the tickets in relation to the same before travel. This international travel package is valid for Indian passport holders only. 
• The booking request for availing the holiday (flight+Land) package should be made at least 30 days prior to departure date by giving 2 options of date.
• Booking is not valid for a long weekend.
• The travel periods for which the flight tickets and holiday booking are requested to be made are subject to the availability of the tickets/rooms with the said airlines/holiday.
• Yatra.com reserves the right to offer an alternate airline, hotel etc.
• The winner and his/her companion must be available to travel to Thailand & Goa between 1st February, 2018 to 30th April, 2018. These dates are fixed, and there is no option for early arrival or late departure.

F. General Terms and Conditions

• ShopClues reserves the right to cancel an order under the cancellation Policy as displayed on Shopclues.com and all the rights granted to the customer under this offer stands rescinded, provided the customer places a fresh order within the validity of the offer. Also this offer is not valid in case of cancellation of the order by the customer
• Shipping fees will be charged over and above the price of the product. Discount will not be applicable on the shipping fees.
• Returns would be accepted as a part of this promotion as per Shopclues Return Policy.
• A registered user is a customer with a valid ShopClues account.
• This offer is non-transferable to any other user.

YATRA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that the following Yatra terms and conditions are displayed on an as-is basis for information purposes only and are subject to change by Yatra, at its sole discretion. By availing this offer, you expressly agree and acknowledge that you agree to be bound by the Yatra Terms and Conditions and that ShopClues shall not be liable and/ or responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss or damage caused to you in connection with the following terms and conditions unless caused due to negligence or mistake or breach of acts or omissions of Yatra or their affiliates under this offer.

• The offer will be applicable once per product only. One time on domestic flight one time for hotel booking.
