- To enroll in the VIP club, you shall be required to place at least one order on ShopClues, within 30 days from the date of purchased of your previous Order. The order must be placed for a product which can belong to any category except Gold Coins & Bars, Gift Cards, Storage Devices and Precious Jewelry.
- You shall become a member of the VIP Club within 24 hours of placing the Order, provided it is placed within 30 days of the last delivered Order.
- All VIP Club members will get 20% of order value as cashback in the form of CluesBucks+ on each Order.
- The maximum limit of redemption for VIP club members on a single order is 10% of the order value.
- To continue enjoying the benefits of the VIP club, you must place at least one order within 30 days from the date of purchased of your previous Order, which can belong to any category except Gold Coins & Bars, Gift Cards, Storage Devices and Precious Jewelry.
- Once you are a member of the VIP Club of Shopclues, you become eligible for the membership of VIP Gold of Shopclues for larger benefits.
- You can buy the subscription of VIP Gold membership by paying a defined amount of Rs.10. The same can be added along with any purchase made by you on Shopclues website or can be separately purchased on the site.
- The VIP Gold members will be entitled to get 30% of order value as cashback in the form of CluesBucks+ on each order.
- The maximum limit of redemption for VIP Gold members on a single order is 15% of the order value.
- The Subscription of VIP Gold shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase or date of successful payment, whichever is later. The start date of the subscription will be the date of successful payment completion and shall depend on the mode of payment used by you.
- For users who have bought subscription product via payment mode other than cash on delivery (COD) then the validity of subscription will start from date of successful payment and shall be valid for 30 days from start date onwards.
- For users who have bought subscription product via cash on delivery (COD) payment mode, then the validity of subscription will start from date of successful delivery of the product and shall be valid for 30 days from start date onwards.
- CluesBucks+ will be credited in your account within 24 hours of the delivery of your order.
- Maximum CluesBucks+ to be credited on a single purchase under VIP Club or VIP Gold benefits is worth Rs.100.
- Maximum CluesBucks+ to be redeemed on a single purchase under VIP Club or VIP Gold benefits is worth Rs.100.
- The CluesBucks+ credited to you under this scheme shall not be redeemable into cash amount.
- CluesBucks+ credited to you can be availed on all products listed on ShopClues except Gold Coins & Bars, Gift Cards, Storage Devices and Precious Jewelry.
- CluesBucks+ are not issued on promoted gold / silver coins & bars, precious jewelery, storage devices and selected products (electronics).
- The Cluesbucks+ will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance. In case of VIP Gold membership, Shopclues reserves the right to reduce the redemption limit of Cluesbucks+ after the expiry of the subscription period i.e. 30 days.
- The member of VIP Gold and VIP Club will not be entitled for other offers by Shopclues.
- The order for subscription of VIP Gold cannot be cancelled or returned and the amount paid for the subscription of VIP Gold shall be non-refundable.
- The Subscription days will not be accrued, so if a you purchase the subscription of VIP Gold, again before expiry of existing subscription then day left from the previous subscription will be void and null.
- If the Order is returned due to any reason, the awarded CluesBucks+ for that Order will be removed from customer's account.
- Redemption limits are applicable on awarded CluesBucks+. Shopclues has complete right to change the redemption limit at any time without prior intimation.
- The redeemable amount of CluesBucks+ will be visible at the time of checkout.
- ShopClues reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace it as a whole or in part, or to withdraw it altogether.
- By choosing to avail the benefits of the VIP club and VIP Gold the members accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto.
- In case of any fraudulent activity by the customer including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, aliasing or violating these Terms & Conditions and the Policies and rules as envisaged on the ShopClues' website, ShopClues reserves the right to withdraw the prize accruable to the customer at its sole discretion.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to any contest/campaign/promotion, etc, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

- The members accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto.
- All decisions made by ShopClues regarding the operation of this Loyalty Program shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection. Any disputes arising out of this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Gurugram (India).
- Redeemed CluesBucks+ will be non-refundable in case of order returns or refusal to accept the delivery of order.
