Yes Bank - 10% Discount on Yes Bank Debit cards

1. Under the offer all YES BANK Debit Card holders are eligible to get an additional discount of 10% on ShopClues.com
2. The offer is applicable from 28/8/2015 (00:00) to 30/8/2015 (23:59).
3. No promo code is required. The customers only have to use their Yes Bank Debit cards to avail the offer.
4. Maximum discount amount per card is Rs. 1500
5. Minimum transaction amount of Rs. 3500 is required to avail this offer.
6. In case of cancellation of order, either from ShopClues’ side or the customer’s side, the customer would not be able to avail the offer again.
7. Instant discount will be awarded to YES BANK Debit Card holders at the time of making the payment.
8. The discount will be calculated on the final cart amount.
9. Offer is applicable for purchases made from all sellers on ShopClues.
10. Discount is not applicable for Cash on delivery transactions.
11. Discount is not applicable in case of partial payments. In case, for any transaction if a customer uses ShopClues’ Gift cards no discount will be applied.
12. This offer is not applicable on mode of payments other than YES BANK debit cards. In case a customer is using his YES BANK debit card through a wallet service, this discount would not be applicable.
13. Shipping will be charged wherever applicable.
14. ShopClues holds the right to cancel or change any offer at its discretion.
15. Any fraudulent activities, including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions will lead to order cancellation.

10. All government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, octroi etc, shall be payable by the customer as applicable at the time the respective discounts were offered.
11. In case of refund, the discounted amount will be deducted from the total refund due.
12. Yatra.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions, or replace wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without prior notice.

14. All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions. Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
15. Yatra shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the Airlines which is not within the control of yatra.com.
16. All purchases made under the program shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Yatra shall reverse the discount and shall not provide additional discount to the customer.
