Eligibility

1. The 200 cashback on min 200 offer & Free Shipping Offer is valid only on products exclusive to the Sunday Flea Market sale starting from 5 PM, 26th September 2015 (Saturday) to 5PM, 28th September 2015 (Monday).
2. The 200 cashback on minimum 200 offer is redeemable in the form of Cluesbucks only. Instant cashback is not applicable for this product. Cluesbucks cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The 200 cashback on minimum 200 offer is valid only on Prepaid Orders. COD orders are not eligible for this offer.
4. This offer is applicable on all platforms (Desktop and Mobile) on Sunday Flea Market products only
5. This offer is valid only once for each registered user. In case of fraudulent activity by the user including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the Terms and Conditions, Shopclues reserves the right to withdraw the Cluesbucks accruable to the user at its sole discretion.
6. A minimum cart value of Rs 200/- spent exclusively on Sunday Flea Market products is mandatory to avail or be eligible for this offer.
7. Cancellation: The offer is not valid in case of cancellation of the order by the customer or by Shopclues for any reason at its sole discretion.
8. In the event the user returns the order to Shopclues, this offer will not be valid.
9. The offer will not be valid for the below condition(s):
   • If the user’s total cart value exceeds Rs 200/-, however the cart value of products exclusive to Sunday Flea Market is below Rs 200/-
   • If on cancellation of part of an order or complete order altogether, the user’s Sunday Flea Market cart value goes under Rs 200/-
   • If user has redeemed his/her existing Cluesbucks while completing the order due to which the user’s Sunday Flea Market cart value goes under Rs 200/-.

Redemption

1. Cluesbucks would be credited in the user’s registered Shopclues account.
2. The maximum Cluesbucks credited to a user’s account is limited to 200, irrespective of the Sunday Flea Market cart value exceeding Rs 200/-.
3. Cluesbucks will be issued to the user’s account after 14 days from the date of delivery of the order
   • In case of multiple orders, Cluesbucks will be issued after 14 days from the date of delivery of the last order/product delivered.
   • Redemption: The Cluesbucks can be redeemed site-wide on all platforms within the Cluesbucks expiry period
4. Expiry of Cluesbucks: The Cluesbucks credited to the user’s account under this offer shall expire 5 days from the date of issue.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. A registered user is a customer with a valid Shopclues account.
2. This offer is non-transferable to any other user.
3. This offer is not extendable and non-negotiable.
4. All valid spends / transactions will be eligible for the offer. Shopclues will not be responsible for invalid transactions.
5. Shopclues is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a user may suffer, sustain or incur due to the offer.
6. Shopclues reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace it as a whole or in part, the above offer by another offer whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
7. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall be abiding.
8. All decisions by Shopclues regarding selection of the eligible users shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection.
9. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Gurgaon (India).
