• The 10% cashback offer is valid only for products Listed on Sunday Flea Market which commences from 5 PM 13th February 2015 (Saturday) and ends at 5PM, 15th February 2016 (Monday).
• The 10% cashback offer can be redeemed in the form of CluesBucks only. Instant cashback is not applicable for this product. CluesBucks cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The 10% cashback offer is valid only on Prepaid Orders. COD orders are not eligible for this offer.
• This offer is applicable only for Sunday Flea Market products on all platforms (Desktop and Mobile).
• This offer is valid only once for each registered user. In case of fraudulent activity by the user including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the Terms and Conditions, ShopClues reserves the right to withdraw the CluesBucks accruable to the user at its sole discretion.
• No minimum cart value is mandatory to avail or be eligible for this offer while purchasing Sunday Flea Market products.
• Applicability of 10% cashback offer as provided under this promotion is subject to terms and conditions ,including Policies displayed on Shopclues.com.
• Shopclues reserves the right to cancel an order under the cancellation Policy as displayed on Shopclues.com and all the rights granted to the customer under this offer stands rescinded, provided the customer places a fresh order within the validity of the present offer ( i.e Sunday Flea Market 10% cashback on prepaid offer). Also this offer is not valid in case of cancellation of the order by the customer .
• In the event, if the user returns the order to Shopclues, this offer will not be valid.

• CluesBucks would be credited in the user’s registered ShopClues account.
• The maximum CluesBucks credited to a user’s account is limited to 50.
• Cluesbucks will be issued to the user’s account within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • In case of multiple orders, Cluesbucks will be issued within 15 days from the date of delivery of the last order/product delivered.
  • Redemption: The CluesBucks can be redeemed site-wide on all platforms within the CluesBucks expiry period
• Expiry of CluesBucks: The CluesBucks credited to the user’s account under this offer shall expire 5 days from the date of issue.

• A registered user is a customer with a valid ShopClues account.
• This offer is non-transferable to any other user.
• This offer is not extendable and non-negotiable.
• All valid spends / transactions will be eligible for the offer. Shopclues will not be responsible for invalid transactions.
• Shopclues is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a user may suffer, sustain or incur due to the offer.
• Shopclues reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace it as a whole or in parts, the above offer by another offer whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall be abiding.
• All decisions by Shopclues regarding selection of the eligible users shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Gurgaon (India).
