• This Offer pertains to the ‘High Voltage Sale’ from 5th – 10th April 2016 on ShopClues (Mobile & Desktop).
• Lucky Draw offer applicable –
  • Only on final orders made on each day of the campaign duration 5th– 10th April
  • Valid only on Prepaid orders

• As per Govt. of India, a TDS/Gift Tax of 30.9% is applicable on individual customers in case the quantum of Gift awarded to the individual exceeds 10,000. The same shall be accrued from the lucky draw winner.

• Buy any Electronic Gadget & Appliance during 5th– 10th April 2016 with minimum cart value of 4000. You will be automatically enrolled for a Lucky Draw offer.
• On each day of the campaign [5th – 10th April], Shopclues will announce 20 Lucky Winners on Shopclues website and Social meida.
• A call and mailer will be sent to the selected winners within 24 hours [of placing the Order at Shopclues] to confirm the gift won.
• The customer can share their photograph with the shopclues team for display on website and social media, after consent from the customer
• The Lucky Draw Gift (Product) will be shipped 10 days after the delivery of the first main order.

• This Offer is applicable on Prepaid Orders only (Not valid on COD Orders)
• This Offer is valid only on the first purchase during the High Voltage Sale campaign [5th - 10th Apr’2016 ]
• In case of fraudulent activity by the customer including to, but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple Orders or violating the Terms and Conditions, ShopClues reserves the right to withdraw the offer accruable to the customer at its sole discretion.
• Gift Certificates / Cluesbucks cannot be redeemed against the purchase made under the current campaign.
• This Offer is valid only on the final amount of the Order.

• In case the Parent Order is cancelled or returned, the lucky draw Gift will not be shipped to the customer.
• In case any one product or the complete order is cancelled by either party (wherein the final order amount becomes less than Rs.4000), Customer shall not be eligible for the lucky draw offer.

• This Offer is non-transferable to any other customer.
• This Offer is not extendable and non-negotiable.
• Only valid spends / transactions will be eligible for the Offer. Shopclues will not be responsible for any invalid transaction.
• ShopClues is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a customer may suffer, sustain or incur due to the Offer.
• ShopClues reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace it as a whole or in part, the above Offer by another Offer, whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Offer, these Terms & Conditions shall be abiding
• All decisions by ShopClues regarding selection of the eligible customers shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection.
• Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Gurgaon (India).4
