1. What is Wide Care Primary Warranty?

  • It is a warranty service provided to the customer, for a duration of 1 year on the product from date of Purchase by an authorized third party service provider Wide Care.

2. How do I get Wide Care Primary Warranty?

  • WideCare Primary warranty comes by default with the product for a duration of 1 year as mentioned in the product description. The warranty is also mentioned on the invoice in the delivery package.
    • - Once the order is placed, a warranty policy number would be created by WideCare within 48hours and the warranty policy number created will be shared with you over SMS and an automated mail with the details would be sent to the registered email ID.
    • -The policy number would be used for all future communication with WideCare regarding warranty and claims.

3. How do I get installation for the product?

  • The Installation & Demo for the product is free. Following is the process which needs to be followed
    • - After the delivery is completed, the customer will have to call the number 9582230618 to register for installation between 11 AM to 6 PM.
    • - The customer can schedule the installation and/or product demonstration at a preferred slot with the service provider
    • - We strongly recommend you not to open the box /package yourself & get your product installation done by the authorized service provider only, as any damages otherwise incurred in the process will not be covered under warranty.
    • - The installation and demo will be done within 2-4 business days of request raised.

4. What does the warranty cover?

  • The warranty covers the cost of labor, components and internal spare parts which are standard to the product at the time of purchase to be used in the repair including Mainboard, Speaker, Power Supplies, Internal display panel, tuner, Internal Modem Card, Sound Card, Video Graphics Card etc. except those mentioned elsewhere in the document as not included. The old parts replaced will not be returned.

5. What is not covered in the warranty?

  • This Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product in Transit or due to improper installation by customer and/or connection of the product to equipment not approved by WideCare and deficiency in product performance due to signal reception through third party apparatus/equipment or the use of third party software and/or recorded media. This Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, rough handling, corrosion, oxidation, forcible attachment into USB port resulting in damage of pins, using liquids or non-recommended cleaners on screen or "CD Rom lenses and use of accessories not approved / recommended in users' manual, .lightning, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, entry of insect, vermin or foreign object in device, voltage fluctuation, natural calamities, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.

6. How do I submit a claim?

  • Register a claim request via mail at primarywarranty@widecare.in mentioning the policy number and invoice details OR you can raise the claim through the android app WideCare Protection Services available on Google play store and track claim progress on the go.

7. When should I expect service engineer after claim?

  • Service engineer will assist you within 48 hours or 2 working days at your door step after claim registration.

8. How does the 30-day replacement work?

  • After the claim get registered if the product is not repaired or serviced within 30 working days, then the customer will get product replacement from WideCare. The product replacement confirmation would be sent via mail to the customer by WideCare and the replacement would be shipped to the customer within next 15 days.
  • The warranty exclusions mentioned above are also applicable for the 30-day replacement period.

9. Is my warranty valid outside India?

  • No, your WideCare Primary warranty is only valid in India.
