• Customers/ Users purchasing products from the Vacation Store (as defined below) shall be eligible for a luck draw. Winner of the Lucky draw shall be eligible for Vibrant Goa(a 3N/ 4D) trip to Goa sponsored by Thomas Cook (Details mentioned below)

• The Offer is applicable for purchase of selective products from a particular section made between 24th June to 30th June 2016 from the ( particular section to which the offer applies is hereinafter referred to as "Vacation Store").
• This Offer is applicable only for products purchased from Vacation Store  on Shopclues's Website, Mobile Applications and M Site (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Shopclues Platforms") 
• This offer is valid only once for registered user. In case of fraudulent activity including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating any Terms and Conditions, ShopClues reserves the right to withdraw the CluesBucks accruable to the user at its sole discretion and such Customer shall be disqualified to participate in the Offer. 
• Applicability of this offer as provided under this promotion is subject to terms and conditions, including Policies displayed on Shopclues Platform.
  
• The Offer shall not be applicable in case the order is cancelled by the Customer/ User. The order shall also not be applicable in case the Customer claims total or partial refund or replacement of the product.
• ShopClues reserves the right to cancel an order under the Cancellation Policy as displayed on Shopclues Platform and all the rights granted to the User under this offer stands rescinded, provided the User places a fresh order within the validity of the present offer. Also this offer is not valid in case of cancellation of the order by the User.
 
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers (E.g. Bank offers, Affiliate offers, wallet offers) 
• Shipping fees will be charged over and above the price of the product. Discount will not be applicable on the shipping fees. 
• Once the Winner is announced the winner shall not be allowed to avail any returns on the products purchased from the Shopclues Platform. 
• Post winner declaration Shopclues holds no liability. Full onus of delivering the offer lies with Thomas Cook. Shopclues shall not be liable for any lapse, delay, discrepancy, deficiency and/ or non fulfilment of the Offer by Thomas Cook.

• Post receiving the confirmation from Shopclues, the lucky winner has to reach out to Thomas cook customer care (Phone number : 1800 2099 100) to avail the offer
 
• The offer will be availed as per Thomas Cook guidelines mentioned below

• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall be abiding and override. 
• All decisions by ShopClues regarding selection of the eligible users shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection.
• All Shopclues Policies mentioned on Shopclues Platform shall apply to the purchase of the products during this Offer.
 
• Any and all disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Gurgaon/ Gurugram, Haryana (India).

• Thomascook voucher offer is valid on all Kashmir and Leh Holiday Packages for travel from 24th June 2016 to 31st August 2016 only.
