Terms and Conditions
- i.This Contest pertains to the 'Mix and Match' game during 6th - 7th March 2018 on the official Facebook Page of Shopclues.
- ii. Applicable to Indian nationals of 18 years and above
- iii. Winner(s) will be announced on official Shopclues Facebook Page.
- iv. The winners will be contacted via the Facebook messaging tool through which they participated in the game.
B. Contest details and Eligibility:
- i. All the users who have a valid Facebook account can participate in the game
C. Following are the rules for the Game:
- i. The Participant has to play the 'Mix and Match' video and needs to pause the video just when all the slots show 'Dual Camera 8MP + 2MP rear'
- ii. Participant then needs to post the screenshot of the paused video on Shopclues Facebook Page with the Hashtag '#ClickWithDual'.
- iii. Three lucky winners shall be chosen and be rewarded with one brand new Swipe Elite Dual phone, each.
- iv. Winners will be announced on the official Facebook page of Shopclues on 12th March, 2018.
- v. Gratifications will be dispatched to the winners latest by 31st March 2018.

- . Returns would be accepted as a part of this promotion as per Shopclues Return Policy.
- ii. A registered user is a customer with a valid ShopClues account.
- iii. This offer is non-transferable to any other user.
- iv. This offer is not extendable and non-negotiable.
- v. ShopClues is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a user may suffer, sustain or incur due to the offer.
- vi. ShopClues reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace it as a whole or in part, the above offer by another offer whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
- vii. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion on the Shopclues' website, these Terms and Conditions shall be abiding.
- viii. All decisions by ShopClues regarding selection of the winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection.
- ix. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Gurgaon /Gurugram (India).
